Cleopatra Eurydice (4th centuy BCE)

Eurydice born Cleopatra, the last of Philip II of Macedon's seven wives was the only one of Macedonian origin. The marriage in 338 or 337 may have cemented an alliance between Philip and Cleopatra's uncle, the general and courtier Attalus. The marriage greatly upset Philip's fourth wife, Olympias, mother of Alexander, since it created potential issues with her son's inheritance. See here for a more detailed biographical sketch.
