“The Cajun Mick Jagger,” cultural activist, environmentalist, poet and singer-songwriter Zachary Richard was a founding member of Action Cadienne, a volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion of the French language and Louisiana Cadien/Cajun culture, and while his extensive discography below includes albums in both English and French, his career has been largely Francophone.
