Like Canadian Harry Manx, Rowan is a practising Buddhist and, predictably (given the title) it shows here. Not that there's anything wrong with Manx, Rowan, Buddhism or understated expressions of religious faith.
Hughesy's assessment: Low key late night meditative music has its place, but this is one of those albums that need the right setting to display its considerable, understated charms. Intriguing.
