Duane and Gregg Allman, post-Escorts, pre-Hour Glass. Duane had quit high school to spend all his time working on his playing (tick) while Gregg, at this stage, was probably still leaning towads dentistry. Auditioned for Columbia producer Bob Johnston backing The Sandpipers (a female trio, no relation to the Guantanamera group) and allegedly impressed songwriter John D. Loudermilk, who arranged the sessions that cut the material that appears on the subsequently released Early Allman Featuring Duane And Gregg Allman.
Interesting, but of no great significance at this point. File under: Early Incarnations

Obvious Yardbirds influence. Duane was yet to start playing slide. While it's interesting from a historical sense, there's nothing there that really suggests what lay just over the horizon.
