Bob Andrews

With a discography that stretches back to a Kippington Lodge single in 1969, stints with Brinsley Schwarz, The Rumour (both backing Graham Parker and as the house band for Stiff Records) and an extensive career as a session muso and producer (Chilli Willi & The Red Hot Peppers, Dave Edmunds, Dr Feelgood, Carlene Carter, Jona Lewie, The Dugites, The Las) before settling in New Orleans, there's a fair bit of Bob Andrews keyboard, guitar and slider manipulation in Hughesy's record collection, with a big tick beside the two albums by The Rumour (Max and Frogs,Sprouts, Clogs & Krauts) in particular. Interesting.
