Sixties English band that moved from R&B to psychedelia, split and were reincarnated as a progressive rock outfit in 2004.
The earlier incarnation ended up with a long-running residency at the Marquee in London, where they opened for (among others) Pink Floyd, The Moody Blues, Cat Stevens and Procol Harum and launched launched two rock operas (Gangster and Flowerman).Chris Squire and Peter Banks moved on to Mabel Greer's Toyshop which then morphed into Yes.
