Neil's twelfth studio album, recorded and released during the 1980s Geffen era. The vocoder-heavy sound was heavily influenced by the therapy program for his non-verbal infant son Ben, born with cerebral palsy.

Hughesy's assessment: Hindsight leaves one inclined to allow Neil some leeway hereabouts, given the circumstances around the whole exercise. And the passage of time that comes with the album's presence among the "Missing Six" (alongside my all-time favourite, On The Beach) has lessened the initial WTF? Factor. Mileage varies between Worthwhile and Sort of Acceptable depending on the day's listening circumstances.
