Based on the fact that Dandy Livingstone (the Dandy on Dandy & Brother Dan All Stars) lived and recorded in London until he briefly moved back to Jamaica in the early seventies, one surmises that Brother Dan's All-Stars were a London-based agglomeration of West Indian session musos who (presumably) held down a bariety of other gigs.
