Neil's eighteenth studio album, and his sixth with Crazy Horse, released in September 1990 after sessions at Neil's Broken Arrow ranch in April.
Hughesy's assessment: According to the NYA Archives site, the approach (a set of songs played twice a day over a couple of weeks without second takes of anything) with the best takes used for the album removed 'analysis' from the equation.
