Neil's thirteenth studio album, released in August 1983 after sessions in April and May of that year.
Hughesy's assessment: Neil wasn't the only one looking for somewhere to hang his hat at the time, but his recording circumstances were, shall we say, more generous than most artists were allowed. While full artistic freedom includes the chance to explore one's rockabilly roots, one susoects Neil could have tried a little harder. Interesting, but if you're looking at value for money, at just under twenty-five mostly undistinguished minutes, Forget It.
