Palmer's fourth solo album , recorded in New York (previous efforts in Los Angeles, Maryland and New Orleans). He's off to the Bahamas for the next one.
Hughesy's assessment: The album that marks the transition (for mine, at least) from interesting cult artist with almost impeccable taste to mass market phenomenon, and the end of the (quite significant) Little Feat connection,. The formula's still being refined here, but it's still a formula. In the end, quite definitely Worthwhile.
