Jamaican ska singer, known for his work with the Skatalites, Prince Buster and Duke Reid. He was part of the Jamaican contingent at the 1964 World's Fairin New York alongside Millie Small, Jimmy Cliff, and Byron Lee & the Dragonaires. He later recorded for Clancy Eccles and Lee "Scratch" Perry before emigrating to the United States. He eventually settled in Florida in the early 2000s. Significant. File under: Jamaican Pioneers.
